Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Train non-management staff, build visual displays, and operate Point of Sale systems while fulfilling omnichannel orders. Analyze reporting to inform decisions, protect store assets, and drive sales through product knowledge and best-in-class customer service. Maintain inventory control and exemplify company culture in a fast-paced retail environment. This role supports the global Hollister brand's mission to offer enduring quality and exceptional comfort to customers from kids through millennials.
Required Qualifications
