Job Summary
Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day leadership and operations of the branch, ensuring customers receive friendly, responsive, and professional service every time. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders while providing guidance, leadership, and on-the-job coaching to team members. Help create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture by driving operational excellence and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Support branch compliance and reinforce a strong workplace health and safety culture while working closely with the wider team to deliver sales, service, and operational outcomes. No weekend work required; use of a company vehicle provided. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ideally within a sales or service-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or coaching team members
- Exposure to electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction industries
