Assistant Manager, Revenue

Job Summary
Monitor and track revenue streams across business lines, ensuring accurate recording in the financial system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards for management review while performing revenue reconciliation to investigate variances between actual and forecast figures. Support revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards such as SFRS 15 and liaise with business development, operations, and finance teams on billing and collections. Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises, identify revenue leakages, and recommend process improvements to support internal and external audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue management, financial reporting, or a similar role within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- experience with Power BI or data analytics tools
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferred: SAP S4/HANA)
