Job Summary
Drive sales generation by motivating staff to meet assigned goals, demonstrating fluent product knowledge, and collaborating with management to identify marketing opportunities. Lead the selling floor actively while ensuring associates maintain World Class Service standards through constant client communication and rapid resolution of complaints. Support the Store Manager in developing events to grow the local customer base and empower associates to make decisions in the client's best interest. This commission-eligible role requires holding the store key, availability for weekends and holidays, and the ability to supervise scheduled staff. Required Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends and Holidays and report to work on a timely fashion
- Hold Store Key
- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services
- Acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion
- Excellent communication skills
