Job Summary
Support overall store sales by motivating staff to meet assigned goals and demonstrating fluent product knowledge on the selling floor. Lead sales initiatives by collaborating with management to identify marketing opportunities and developing events to grow the local customer base. Ensure exemplary customer service by resolving complaints quickly, empowering associates to make decisions in the client's best interest, and maintaining constant communication through client databases. Manage scheduled staff and hold the store key while acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers. This role requires availability to work weekends and holidays.
