Job Summary
Co-lead retail store teams and manage donation operations to meet revenue, net income, and all established goals while ensuring safety, ethics, and quality standards. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to foster continuous improvement, manage staffing models, and maintain high customer service and cleanliness expectations. Safeguard assets through regular audits, monitor shrinkage, and take immediate corrective action. Coordinate with HR for performance appraisals, rewards, and personnel actions, and collaborate with logistics to maximize store efficiency. Respond to emergency calls during and after hours. This role supports Goodwill San Antonio's mission to recirculate goods and fight poverty within the community.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising production and/or retail operations using standardized quality and productivity processes to achieve revenue, productivity, net income and other key performance goals for the organization
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Must be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business
Desired Qualifications

- bachelor's degree in management, operations or similar field
- Experience in non-profits and human services work environments
