Job Summary
Assist General Manager to create a WOW customer experience by coaching and developing a team of customer-focused employees, recruiting/training/onboarding staff, and ensuring smooth shop operations. Support with in-shop accounting tasks (cash handling, reporting, revenue deposits), manage inventory, and verify equipment readiness across production, POS, drive-thru, and processing equipment. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster an equitable culture that welcomes diverse employee identities. Opportunity to grow toward a General Manager role; travels 0-10%; must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience in food service or retail industry
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Must be 21 years of age or over
- Valid driver’s license
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
