Job Summary
Assist General Manager in building and leading a team to deliver a WOW experience for customers; manage shop operations, staff development, and achievement of location goals; recruit, hire, train, onboard, and resolve disputes; oversee product knowledge, promotions, and in-shop accounting (cash handling, reporting, inventory); ensure equipment/systems (POS, drive-thru, production) are operational; maintain sanitation and safety; deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture; role path toward becoming General Manager; requires 21+; 0-10% travel; valid US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience in a job involving food service or retail industry
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Must be 21 years of age or over
- Valid driver’s license
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
