Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Ann Taylor to lead customer-focused store experiences, act as a sales-floor leader, coach and educate associates on brand behaviors, cultivate an inclusive environment, leverage technology for seamless omnichannel service, support Store Manager in recruiting and developing talent, and use reporting to drive operational and financial discipline. Requires at least 1+ year retail management experience (preferred); strong hospitality mindset, POS proficiency, and business acumen to drive results and engage customers and staff across the store.
