Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, you will support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You’ll lead on the sales floor, model the brand’s behaviors to engage customers, and coach associates to build genuine customer connections. You’ll foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged, leverage technology to provide seamless omnichannel shopping experiences, assist the Store Manager with recruiting and developing talent, and use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline. You’ll build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team, with opportunities to influence store performance and growth. The role requires leadership presence on the sales floor and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, plus initiative in decision-making that supports store goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and customer-service orientation
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- Experience with POS systems and omnichannel workflows
- Operational and financial acumen
