Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in training, motivating, and supervising store personnel to achieve performance goals and maintain an enjoyable work environment. Help oversee sales floor, donation area, and back room operations, ensure compliance with store procedures, provide excellent customer service, open/close the store, and represent Goodwill positively in the community. Requires two years of public-facing experience, supervisory experience, and a valid Nebraska driver’s license with insurance coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years experience working with the public.
- Supervisory experience.
- Valid Nebraska drivers license and meet insurance requirements.
