Job Summary
Support the mission of Habitat Lenawee by providing leadership to Restore staff and volunteers to achieve efficiency in receiving donated materials, performing merchandise processing and pricing, inventory control, and merchandise allocation. Serve the public, resolve conflict, and assume the manager role in the absence of the Restore Director. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience in customer service, sales, merchandising, and inventory management. Full-time role with company-paid training and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license
- Reliable transportation to travel to locations throughout the county
- Cash handling experience
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate with a diverse group of people with a wide array of personalities, knowledge, and skill levels
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of personality styles

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Prior sales, merchandising, pricing, and inventory experience
- Knowledge of building materials, home improvement, and construction/deconstruction means methods techniques and materials
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
