Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Dine Brands’ casual-dining family (Applebee’s, IHOP, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop) responsible for operational excellence, guest experience, staff management, financial performance, and team development. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness and safety, addressing guest concerns, supervising and training team members, assisting with inventory and cost control, scheduling, and maintaining Applebee's standards. Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
- Experience teaching and training staff preferred
