Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for operational excellence, guest experience, staff management, financial performance, and team leadership in a casual dining environment. Leads supervisory activities, recruits and trains staff, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, supports inventory and cost controls, and fosters a positive work atmosphere with flexible availability and strong guest-focus. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols, addressing guest concerns, coaching and developing team members, managing schedules, and driving profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
- Experience teaching and training staff preferred
- Strong personal and professional integrity
- Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
