Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and complete required certifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain positive working relationships. Identify and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings. Read small print, visually verify information, and perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
