Job Summary
Assistant Manager role requiring 5–7 years hands-on ServiceNow expertise, especially HRSD modules (HR Case Management, Employee Center, Virtual Agent) and ITSM/HR Service Management. Responsibilities include configuring the ServiceNow platform, scripting in JavaScript, building flows with Flow Designer, integrating via REST/SOAP APIs with IntegrationHub, and managing all phases of the HR ServiceNow implementation lifecycle (requirements, analysis, design, unit testing, system testing, deployment), plus upgrade and production support. The candidate should be able to envision, model, and configure data flows and workflows, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in shifts and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are desired. Having a ServiceNow Admin certification is an added advantage.
