Job Summary
Manage the Regulatory Reporting team to ensure accurate, timely deliverables meeting regulatory requirements, client expectations, and internal procedures. Lead team members through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability while monitoring workflow capacity, reallocating resources, and addressing escalations. Collaborate with stakeholders including the Associate Director and onshore teams to manage priorities, governance reporting, and service performance. Drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements, workflow improvements, KPI reporting, and initiatives that strengthen efficiency and operational control. Ensure KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are consistently met in a global investment services environment.
Required Qualifications
- experience managing or supervising teams in financial services, regulatory reporting, fund services, depositary, or similar environments
- exposure to AIFMD Annex IV, offshore delivery models, and collaboration with onshore stakeholders in matrixed environments
- degree in accounting, finance, or business
