Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to guest service standards and compliance with company and government regulations. This role involves recruiting and training team members, managing employee relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing financial controllables, maintaining operational standards, and implementing marketing programs. Candidates are required to have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Food safety certification is necessary according to state or local requirements.
