Job Summary
Assistant Manager for The Racehorse Hotel with hands-on leadership to run floor operations across high-volume hospitality settings, including pub, bistro, and gaming operations. Responsibilities include managing a team of hospitality staff, ensuring safe and efficient service, maintaining elite standards of hospitality, handling hiccups, and delivering energy, service, and smiles on every shift. Role requires the ability to perform manual handling tasks (moving stock, kegs, deliveries) and a background in supervising in bar, bistro, or gaming room environments. Licences required: RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements.
