Job Summary
Drive end-to-end idea generation, formulation, and development of new food products aligning with key account requirements. Conduct trials, recipe development, and technical applications to demonstrate product functionality, while providing technical solutions and troubleshooting for client accounts. Oversee R&D Plant Operators during trials, pilot runs, and application testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transition concepts to full-scale production. Requires BS in Food Science & Technology, 5+ years in R&D or culinary product application, and strong chef orientation. Schedule includes Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Food Science & Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, product development, or culinary/product application within the food sector
- Strong chef/product application orientation
- Technical problem-solving
- Creative formulation skills
- Age 27 – 32 years
- Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
