Job Summary
Contribute to the facility's success by ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing site appeal, and driving sales through lease units and product promotions. Follow up on leads from online inquiries, calls, and walk-ins while preparing leases and applying discounts per policy. Deliver superior service by demonstrating product knowledge and handling collection calls for delinquent accounts. Maintain site appearance via regular walk-throughs and perform basic maintenance tasks like sweeping, snow removal, and trash pickup. Stay current on training and policies, reporting all site issues to the Regional Manager. Work any day of the week including holidays, with potential travel between locations. Requires a high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, and bilingual French/English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Associate's degree or 2 years of college (substituting for experience)
- Ability to read and write in French
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to navigate a computer with ease
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel)
- Familiarity with word processing software (e.g. Word)
- Knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of basic computer terminology
- Ability to get to and from work reliably
- Current, valid driver's license
- Current applicable insurance
- Acceptable driving record
- Willingness to work any day of the week (Mondays to Sundays) as well as holidays
- Ability to work inside and outside, in temperature extremes
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and climb stairs as well as a 10-foot ladder
- Ability to be walking/standing for up to 3 hours/day
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or move up to 50 lbs
- Strength to routinely handle a bolt cutter, grinder and power washer
