Job Summary
Responsible for converting telephone and walk-in prospects to leases to maintain and increase occupancy; assist on-site manager with day-to-day activities, conduct tours, demonstrate market-ready apartments, process lease applications, perform credit/reference checks, and maintain lease files. Supports resident relations, renewal follow-ups, move-in inspections, and preparation of newsletters/promotions. Requires proficiency with MS Office; strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills; ability to collect/deposit rents, prepare reports, and assist with regulatory compliance (LIHTC, HUD). Field responsibilities include marketing to prospective residents, handling service requests, and coordinating community events; part-time role with responsibilities spanning lease administration, resident relations, and office operations. Education/experience: High school diploma or GED and two years of related property-management experience preferred.
