Job Summary
Assistant Manager Quality & Technical Support at Trane Technologies responsible for tracking quality hot jobs daily, reporting quality issues with data and PCA to factory and regional technical support teams, engaging with factory quality teams to improve quality, imparting training to key account customers across India, providing technical support to teams across India (on-site & virtual), on-site intervention during escalations to resolve major issues, meeting customers to explain issues technically, monitoring COPQ and coordinating with local OEMs for warranty support, guiding local service vendors on SOP & Trane standards, arranging OEM trainings for the service team, and willingness to travel across India & SAARC as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, training, and proactive quality improvement across India.
