Assistant Manager - Quality Compliance and Process Improvement

Job Summary
Establish and maintain a structured Quality management framework for JLL’s Shared Services / GCC Operations globally; develop and implement end-to-end quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder satisfaction; conduct regular process reviews, inspections, and performance evaluations to identify improvement areas and mitigate risk; collaborate with Global Transition Services and Operations teams to align QA practices with the Shared Services / GCC Quality framework; support implementation across multiple transitions and operations teams; foster a culture of quality through training and customer-centric initiatives; analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions; monitor and report deployment progress to senior management; stay current with regulatory requirements related to quality management in Real Estate and JBS-supported processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles, preferably in shared services or real estate operations
- Professional certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, CQA, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in quality management tools and data analysis
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is advantageous)
