Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Quality Brand Group LLC (a Dunkin’ franchise) responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, supervising crew during shifts, and delivering a great guest experience. Responsibilities include managing team performance, training Crew Members, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, following brand standards and processes to control labor and food costs, assisting with inventory, orders, and basic P&L awareness, and facilitating recruiting and performance management to prepare for store-wide management responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
