Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations, in conjunction with or in the absence of the General Manager, with accountability for living the Brand Values and developing a people and guest-centric culture. Assist with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts while ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented. Assign activities, hold the team accountable for excellent guest service and food quality, and maintain brand image through cleanliness and maintenance. Analyze operational and financial performance using management information tools to identify trends and implement action plans for long-term sales growth. Monitor costs, adherence to budget, and restaurant goals while ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience
- At least one year of experience in a leadership position
