Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations in conjunction with or in the absence of the General Manager, assigning activities and tasks while ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws. Assist with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts, and develop a people-centric culture that delivers excellent guest service and food quality. Analyze operational and financial performance using management information tools to identify trends, implement improvement plans, and focus on long-term sales growth initiatives. Monitor costs, adhere to budget and restaurant goals, and maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to food safety requirements. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership position, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 10-50 lbs. The Assistant Manager earns $16.75 - $20.75/hour and works full-time.
