Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence, assigning tasks and holding the team accountable for guest service, food quality, and brand compliance. Assist with new hire recruitment, selection, and training while developing staff through implemented systems. Analyze operational and financial performance using management tools to identify trends, implement improvement plans, and drive long-term sales growth. Monitor costs, adhere to budgets, and protect the brand by reviewing practices for continuous enhancement. Ensure full compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience
- At least one year of experience in a leadership position
