Job Summary
Support the business and P&L by managing weekly stock counts, inventory controls, and cost-saving initiatives. Craft efficient, balanced rotas that meet financial targets while overseeing holiday planning and staffing capacity. Lead on the floor during busy services as the shift lead, setting high standards for warmth, speed, and product knowledge. Develop the squad by supporting the training and onboarding of Supervisors and Team Members, providing real-time feedback to elevate service. Drive service excellence to ensure 90%+ of guest feedback reflects exceptional product execution and sharp timing. Protect compliance by maintaining full site adherence to EHO, licensing, health & safety, and internal audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Duty Manager in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
