Assistant Manager

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations by driving sales goals, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering operational excellence through team leadership. Conduct opening and closing routines while partnering to establish critical metrics for sales, visual operations, safety, loss prevention, and training. Coach, teach, and manage all aspects of performance for store associates to encourage professional growth and build a talent bench. Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service and acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Maintain awareness of product knowledge and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Requires evenings and weekends; salary $35,000-$45,000.
