Job Summary
Manage MEP works across the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, progress monitoring, and timely project completion. Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and project specifications. Review contractors' method statements and shop drawings to verify compliance with design requirements and applicable standards. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, vendors, developers, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with relevant departments and authorities to ensure all statutory and local authority requirements are fulfilled during project execution. Identify, evaluate, and report potential scope changes, variations, and cost implications. Conduct site surveys and prepare technical assessment reports for new stores, renovations, and refurbishment projects. Support project closeout activities, including snagging, testing & commissioning, and documentation handover.
