Job Summary
Manage project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing comprehensive plans covering timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk strategies. Lead cross-functional teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement mitigation plans for identified risks. Act as the primary stakeholder contact to provide regular updates on status, changes, and milestones. Prepare and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. Motivate team members, assign responsibilities, and maintain accurate documentation for audits. Support master planning for multi-billion-dollar portfolio projects including Dubai Festival City and Cairo Festival City.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience leading projects across all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- minimum of 5 years of experience within a quality management department
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to define project scope, manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve project issues effectively
- Strong adaptability and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage changing project requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong team-building and collaboration skills, with a high level of accountability and integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Architecture
