Job Summary
The Assistant Manager for Progressive Care will provide clinical and operational leadership in an Acute Step Down facility, ensuring patient care and staffing efficiency under the guidance of the Nursing Director.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- ADN
- One year experience in clinical area
- BLS required at time of hire

- Specialty Certification in area of practice and/or management
