Job Summary
Manage and execute the ZO program across multiple New York City properties, communicating global strategy to Property Management Offices while coordinating daily events for tenant decision-makers and employees. Create and oversee tenant communications, including email marketing and newsletters, while reviewing user engagement data to identify areas for improvement in web and app offerings. Collaborate with service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality service, review financial reporting, and foster relationships with building retailers to drive activation through the ZO Perks program. Direct internal and external marketing resources for on-budget event completion and serve as the key communication point between ZO, operations teams, and third-party partners.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hospitality and/or events and programming experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, detail orientated, self-motivated, creative, highly-organized, handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
- Must be able to travel throughout New York City as needed and in between properties
- Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven tools, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation
- Must be fluent in English
- Onsite presence is required for this position
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency

- Proficiency with Tishman Speyer's proprietary ZO app
