Job Summary
Oversee Move Ambassador team and MAC services across Amazon campuses, providing people leadership, day-to-day direction, and development plans to achieve goals. Lead operational excellence by defining KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics; facilitate change management and cross-functional collaboration; deliver engaging presentations and data-driven reports; and maintain strong customer experience through liaison with Amazon teams and vendor partners.要求 strong coaching, governance of processes, and a focus on inclusion and continuous improvement to support a diverse workplace. Flexible schedule with 40-hour workweeks in Arlington, VA and DC area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-year customer service or administrative support experience
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- 2+ years’ experience with project or program management or business operations
