Job Summary
Assist General Manager in creating a WOW customer experience and support shop operations. Lead and coach a team of customer-focused employees, participate in recruiting/hiring/training/onboarding, manage inventory and in-shop accounting functions, ensure equipment and resources are operational, maintain sanitation standards, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering an equitable, inclusive culture. This role serves as a stepping-stone toward General Manager and requires 18+ with 5 years in food service/retail and at least 2 years of management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience in a job involving food service or retail industry
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
