Job Summary
Lead and manage complex commercial agreements with precision and confidence. Own end-to-end contract ownership, drive deals to completion, draft and redline terms, and negotiate with suppliers while coordinating with legal, IT, compliance, and data security teams. Communicate clearly across stakeholders, surface risks, and align contract terms with business objectives. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and the ability to operate across functional boundaries in a fast-moving environment. This position is based in Hyderabad, India, and supports a hybrid work model. Previous experience in developing contracting and negotiation strategies for sophisticated commercial agreements is ideal; Bachelor’s degree or law graduate and 5-8+ years of contract experience are required.
