Assistant Manager, Process Engineering

Lead and oversee process design, optimization, and implementation activities while ensuring process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) execution and compliance. Monitor process performance metrics, KPIs, and operational trends to guide teams on troubleshooting, deviation, CAPA, and change control management. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality audit readiness by reviewing documentation, reports, and validation records. Implement risk management, safety engineering, and GMP practices to drive lean manufacturing and efficiency improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams for production and project activities, manage resource planning, and support continuous improvement and scale-up efforts.
