Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Manager role alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, optimize commercial performance, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences. Manage daily operations by maintaining stock levels, overseeing visual merchandising, and planning staff schedules to align personnel with customer needs. Assume full operational leadership during the Store Manager's absence while mentoring colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enforcing safety and ethical policies. This position requires 5 days of average weekly work with rotating shifts and demands strong leadership skills, commercial vision, and data analysis capabilities. Candidates must have relevant retail management experience, a university degree in marketing or commerce, and geographic flexibility to support store openings across the country.
