Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager, you will help lead day-to-day operations at a Pizza Ranch franchise, drive store profitability by controlling food and labor costs, and support the General Manager. You will work to deliver a legendary guest experience by leveraging Qualtrics data and feedback, train and develop staff, and ensure appropriate and fair business practices. You will need strong management, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple situations, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role is employed by the franchisee (independent business owner).
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent education
- Restaurant management experience, preferred
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
- Possess business acumen
