Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, oversee guest services and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality ingredients and food preparation. Train and manage kitchen personnel while creating and adjusting staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations and provide customers with a memorable dining experience. Available to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays. This role balances operational management with developing servant leaders, offering leadership opportunities to gain real-world experience within SBH Foods' 14 locations in Augusta, GA, and Charleston, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
