Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team; ensure OSHA/local health and safety code compliance and company safety and security procedures; maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, and take appropriate actions; ensure HR practices and labor laws compliance; recruit, interview, hire, coach, and train team members; drive sales to meet/exceed store plan via Local Store Marketing and community involvement; maintain equipment and facilities via preventative maintenance; requires six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept; strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements; computer literate.
