Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day operations including scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, inventory management, and developing the restaurant team; ensures OSHA, health and safety code compliance, and adherence to safety and security procedures; reviews financial reports and maintains standards through preventative maintenance; recruits, interviews, hires, and trains staff, conducts performance appraisals, counsels, and develops Assistant Managers; drives sales using Local Store Marketing and community involvement; monitors adherence to HR practices and labor laws; must have prior Popeyes managerial experience (or GM experience with another concept) and strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and P&L interpretation abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or a recommendation from Area Manager
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels
- Interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- Computer literate
