Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations as Assistant Manager with responsibilities across shift leadership, scheduling, customer satisfaction, food safety, inventory, and financial accountability. Build and develop a strong team, drive sales growth and ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. Key skills include leadership, communication, people development, scheduling and deployment of staff, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage P&L responsibilities while maintaining compliance and a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a fast food, quick service restaurant, food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
