Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including labor scheduling, inventory management, and team development; ensure OSHA/local health and safety code compliance and company safety procedures; manage financials and review reports; recruit, interview, hire, train, and appraise staff; drive sales through local store marketing and community involvement; maintain equipment and facilities via preventative maintenance; requires Popeyes managerial experience (6 months) or GM experience (1 year) with another concept and strong communication, data-analysis, leadership, and P&L skills.
Required Qualifications
