Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, lead day-to-day operations in a fast-food environment to meet restaurant standards for customer satisfaction, cash control, inventory and labor management, and financial reporting while driving sales growth. Build and develop a strong team, provide leadership and clear communication, supervise shift managers and staff, handle scheduling, and ensure food safety and policy adherence. Responsible for employee development, performance management, and training of new hires, with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience and maintaining strong operational controls.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a fast food, quick service restaurant, food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
