Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations, labor scheduling, inventory management, training and developing the team, ensuring health/safety compliance, reviewing financial reports, recruiting and performance appraisals, and driving sales via local marketing and community involvement. Requires 6 months Popeyes managerial experience or 1 year GM experience with another concept, strong communication, leadership, data analysis, and the ability to interpret Profit and Loss statements; must be computer literate and capable of managing HR practices and labor laws.
