Job Summary

Assistant Restaurant Manager has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team; ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety procedures are followed; maintains inventory, manages labor, reviews financial reports, and takes appropriate actions; ensures compliance with Human Resources practices and labor laws; recruits, interviews, hires, conducts performance appraisals, counsels, motivates, and trains the team; builds sales to meet/exceed store plan via Local Store Marketing and community involvement; maintains equipment, facilities, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program; requires minimum Popeyes managerial experience (six months) or GM experience (one year with another concept) or recommendation by Area Manager; strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and ability to interpret P&L and use computer systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or be recommended by his/her current Area Manager
