Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant Manager role supporting day-to-day restaurant operations in Muncie, IN. Responsibilities include scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, maintaining inventory, managing labor and reviewing financial reports, ensuring OSHA/local health and safety code compliance, and applying HR practices. Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and training of team members, plus developing Assistant Managers. Build sales through Local Store Marketing and community involvement, while upholding equipment, facilities, and grounds standards via preventative maintenance. Requires effective oral and written communication, data analysis, leadership, and the ability to interpret Profit and Loss statements and be computer literate. Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept, or a recommendation from the current Area Manager.
