Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including labor scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company procedures are followed. Recruit, interview, and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals, counsel, motivate, and train staff, with development of Assistant Managers. Build sales to meet store plan using Local Store Marketing strategies and community involvement, in a self-directed manner. Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds via a preventative maintenance program. Ensure compliance with Human Resources practices and applicable labor laws. Must interpret Profit and Loss statements, be computer literate, and possess strong communication, data-analysis, and leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to calculate and analyze data
- leadership skills
- ability to communicate with all levels
- interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- computer literate
